A flat platform fee
Schools pay a simple subscription to run BeneCart — sized to your school. It’s never a percentage of your fundraising, so every donated dollar stays yours. Many schools cover it many times over with the margin they earn.
A simple vendor fee
Vendors set a wholesale cost to each school and pay a straightforward BeneCart fee, arranged up front when the account is created. In return you reach whole school communities on a recurring schedule — with production counts you can actually plan around.

Flexible payment routing
You choose how families’ payments flow — whatever fits the school and vendor.
Families pay the vendor through the vendor’s own account. The vendor remits the school’s share on an agreed schedule. Simplest for established vendor relationships.
BeneCart processes each payment, forwards the vendor’s cut, and routes the school’s donation automatically — no reconciliation for anyone.
The school collects payment and settles with the vendor. Useful for district- or PTA-run programs that prefer to hold the funds.
